Food Truck Permit
In order to setup for Food Truck Frenzy you will need a permit through Ashland City. The application needed to apply can be found above. I understand that I must have this permit in order to setup.
I understand that I am agreeing to setup at Food Truck Frenzy on June 13, 2026, if approved by Event Manger. I will contact the Event Manager (Renee Cannon, 615-487-2351) if something comes up and will have to miss the event. Please type name and date to consent.
