Attention Ashland City Water Customers:

To make a payment, call (833) 271-0800, (615) 792-4211, or pay online. A check or money order can be mailed to PO Box 36, Ashland City, TN 37015, or placed in the night drop box at the office.

If you have a question, please call (615) 792-4211 during normal business hours.

The office receives the following payments:

• Water
  • Copy of valid driver’s license must be on file with water application
  • Water rules and regulations
• City Property Tax
• Business License 
• Court Payments - Cash, Money Order, Credit Card, NO PERSONAL CHECKS
• Mobile Food Vending Rules and Application - Ordinance #503
• Pavilion Rental Application

A drop box is located beside the front entrance and is available for payments after hours.  An automatic bank draft for utility payments is available upon request.

Public Records Request

To request public records, please read Resolution 2017-07 and fill out the Records Request Form. Please drop forms off at the office, fax, mail, or email to the City Recorder. Please include a copy of your current driver’s license.
