Time Slots
We plan on have 3 time slots and rotating vendors throughout the event. Please select the time slots you would prefer - 1 being your first choice and 3 being your last choice. We will do our best to accommodate your selection. 
Food Truck Permit
In order to setup your food truck at the Taste of Ashland City you will need a permit through Ashland City. The application needed to apply can be found above. I understand that I must have this permit in order to setup.
Vendor Promotion Agreement
I understand that this event is intended to promote local businesses and agree to provide complimentary samples of my product to attendees.
Signature/Date
If approved by Event Manger, I understand that I am agreeing to setup at EAT to the bEAT in chEATham on July 11, 2026. I will contact the Event Manager (Renee Cannon, 615-487-2351) if something comes up and will have to miss the event. Please type name and date to consent.
