2026 - Earth Day Scavenger Hunt

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian of the minor child, understand and acknowledge that photographs and/or video may be taken during participation in this event/program. I understand that my child’s image may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, printed materials, advertisements, and other public platforms. I acknowledge that these images may be viewable by the general public. By signing up for the event, I grant permission for the organization to use my child’s photograph and/or video likeness for lawful promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. I understand that once images are published publicly, the organization cannot control how they may be shared or used by others. I have read and fully understand this waiver and consent to the use of my child’s image as described.
