2026 Music on Main - Online Application

Music on Main Poster 2026

Thank you for your interest in our annual festival. Attendance is usually between 500 and 1,500. Music on Main will be held in downtown Ashland City.

Music on Main 2026 date is October 3, 2026; time is from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Applications and payment will be accepted until October 1st, 2026.

Setup

Vendors are responsible for tent (and tent weights), tables, chairs, covers, extension cords, etc. Please try to decorate your space to look inviting for this event. 
Clean Up

Vendors are responsible for clean-up of their booth area during and at the end of the event. 
Check In

Check in and set up is from 7:00 am - 9:30. You will be notified of your arrival time and where to park in a future email close to the event. I will not come before my arrival time unless Ive spoken with the Event Coordinator.
Check In Late

Vendors will not be permitted to set up after 9:30 a.m. Late arrivals will not be able to enter the event area.
Check Out

Vendors will not be allowed to leave the event area until 4:00 p.m.If you need to leave earlier you will need to carry your items to your car, cars are not allowed in the event area until 4pm. 
Booth Space

I understand that I am only allowed to setup in my designated booth spot. 
Town of Ashland City will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to you or your property during this event. This signed agreement relieves the said parties of any such liability. I understand the rules and agree to abide by this agreement.
