be received by the Town of Ashland City until 2:00 p.m. CST (Central Standard Time), April 2,
2026, in the Town of Ashland City, City Hall, 405 N. Main Street, Ashland City TN, 37015, and
then publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.
