The purpose of the Developers Packet is to combine all elements of the Zoning Ordinance, Municipal Code, and Subdivision Regulations in one publication to assist anyone interested in Commercial, Industrial, or Residential Development within the city limits of the Town of Ashland City.
Our Zoning Interpretation & Determination Application provides a means to inform applicants of what processes are required and what documents are necessary to proceed with Commercial, Industrial, or Residential Development, and to interpret zoning as it relates to uses permitted, special exceptions, lots of records, and any other matter related the Zoning Ordinances for the Town of Ashland City. Our policy is to provide to the applicant with an interpretation and understanding of any applicable process within 10 business days of receiving the application.
The Planning Commission meets the first Monday of every Month at 5:30 PM.

Bonding may be required as applicable to your commercial site.
Water tap fees, sewer tap fees, grease trap interceptors, storm drainage, and step systems as applicable are subject to approval
and inspection by the Director of the Public Works Department.
Note: Building inspections require a 24-hour notice and will be performed between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
