Qualified Contractors are invited to bid on a contract for construction of the above-mentioned project. 

The type of bid required is a lump sum bid. 

The Owner has 30 days from the bid date to accept or reject bids.



Bidders will be allowed 396 calendar days (270 business days) to complete the project after the date of the Written Notice to Proceed. 

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at (2:00) P.M. local time at the project job site

Bids shall be received on August 18, 2023, at 2:00 P.M local time at 233 Tennessee Waltz Parkway, Ashland City, Tennessee 37015.

At this time, bids shall be opened and read aloud.

Drawings shall be issued in an electronic format (.pdf) to all interested bidders. The Owner and/or the Architect is not responsible for the bidders' failure to properly interpret the drawings or for failure to ensure that they have all available information to use in preparing the bid. Requests for electronic file drawings shall be in the form of an email to the Architect at josh [at] jawarc.com (josh[at]jawarc[dot]com).



A 5% Bid Bond of the total bid is required to be included with the bid.



Bidders shall be licensed to perform the work described by the contract documents and applicable city, county, and state laws.



The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to accept any, or reject any, or all bids. In full consideration of price, the Owner may award the Contract to the bid deemed to be in the owner’s best interest.
