Town of Ashland City will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to you or your property during this event. This signed agreement relieves the said parties of any such liability. I understand the rules and agree to abide by this agreement. • Check in and set up is from 9:30 am - 10:30. You will be notified of your arrival time and where to park in a future email close to the event. • Vendors will not be allowed to leave the event area until 2:00 p.m.
