Ashland City is accepting bids for the leasing of 92 acres of land give or take. The estimate is to include a price per acre due to exact acreage may vary. The land may be used only for the growing of hay or row crops. The bid specifications may be picked up in the Ashland City-City Hall at 233 TN. Waltz Parkway, Suite 103, Ashland City, TN 37015. Bids must be sealed and marked Ashland City Land Lease and received in Ashland City-City Hall by 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 8, 2024, for bid opening at 10:00 a.m. the same day. Ashland City reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.
